1. Best to get a repair manual, to get the correct information as well as the detail you need. Some are easy as you just pry off starting at the bottom and working carefully.
2. Hi On the Laguna there is two hidden screws look for two round plastic plugs in the door pull on the inside of the door prise these out carefully and you will see the screws . the rest is just pop off ok ok Hope this helps
