2. Forget the seized car site, they are all scams. If you want to buy a car at auction look to local auction houses. You can get info on those on the net, the seized car sites usually just charge you to get info you can get for free with minimal searching on the net.
3. The best ones are those that have a money-back guarantee if you don't like the service. Some don't advertise such a guarantee but have it anyway through the payment service they use.
