Where is the reverse light switch on the renault laguna?

It is a 52' plate renault laguna. There is nothing wrong with the fuses, and if u could describe what it looks like it would be great, cheers in advance

1. I dont think cars have reverse switches should come on when you put it into reverse. If it is not the fuses, the bulb could have blown or is not tight enough. No one I know who has had a laguna knows of a switch
2. the switch is on the gear box side.2 wires on the switch try and join them see if the lights come on .
